  What is Pilates?
  Pilates is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics and weight training which promotes good posture through proper breathing, correct muscle use and coordination. This builds core strength (the middle section of the body, primarily the abdominal and back muscles) and flexibility with the use of resistance-based equipment.
