	A Quality Activity Center for Children Ages 2 Months and Up!

	Hours:
	Monday through Thursday	7:45 AM - 11:30AM 5:00PM - 8:00PM
	Friday	7:45 AM - 11:30AM
	Saturday	8:00 AM - 11:30AM


	Costs:
	Remaining in Bodytech	$2.00 per child
	Leaving Bodytech Additional Child	$6.00 per hour $2.00 per hour
	Punch card (12 punches)	$24.00

Rules & Regulations:

Parents must purchase a punch card.
Services are available to members of Bodytech, for the care of their children!
Children must be age 2 months and up.
Children must wear diapers or be potty trained.
Children must be free of visible illness.
Please label all of your children's belongings.
For your child's protection, parents must sign children in and out.
Parents must check appropriate boxes during sign-in to inform babysitter where they will be.
Bodytech occasionally must limit the number of guests at Zoe's Clubhouse.
